­­Tasha Shoffner holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and an MBA, and is a former AmeriCorps ASSET Navigator.  She has served the two term maximum as the Assistive Technology Navigator at Easter Seals of Greater Houston demonstrating a variety of devices and computer programs that assist those with speech, mobility and visual impairments.

Tasha is a pretty fast one-handed typist, and enjoys hanging out with friends and finding awesome clothes on clearance. However, her passion is to help people have their voices heard. Tasha believes that people are not disabled; they just need the right tools to be enabled to lead a normal life. She is also a DynaVox DynaWrite user.
